Images cannot be sold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used unlawfully. Major edits or filters require written consent. Personal client information is kept private and never shared. Clients are responsible for who they share their gallery link with and for backing up downloaded files. Digital downloads are final sale. Images may be featured on the Sugarsnap Photography Inc. platform without names for privacy; contact us if this is not permitted. Final retouched images are archived for 24 months on external backup drives. RAW files are permanently deleted 7 days after gallery delivery. Screenshots or watermarked images from the download link may not be shared. Sugarsnap Photography Inc. is not liable for misuse or third‑party claims.
